Director, Naomi White Consulting
Naomi White is an executive coach and mentor, leadership and culture advisor, and people strategist based in Brisbane, and is passionate about helping leaders create powerful businesses by redesigning how they lead and operate.
She has a proven track record in elevating leadership, and has a passion for helping organisations unlock the potential in their business through culture, strategic alignment and a new way of leading. She is a specialist in organisational change, integration and cultural simplification, and as an ex-People and Culture Executive, she is also passionate about empowering People and Culture teams and functions to elevate their contribution from transactional to strategic.
Naomi has over 25 years experience transforming leaders and cultures, both in a consulting capacity and as an employee. Her extensive career in the human potential arena has spanned multiple roles and industries from financial services and government to aviation, both in Australia and overseas. Just prior to the establishment of her business, Naomi spent ten years with the Suncorp Group in multiple senior executive roles ranging from people, culture, change, communications, to transformation and integration. In her time as the Executive General Manager for HR, Change and Communications at Suncorp Bank, she played a key role in transforming the culture to win Money Magazine’s Bank and Business Bank of the year. During her time as a member of the HR Leadership Team at Suncorp Group, Suncorp’s Employee Engagement, Enablement, and Leadership Index scores were consistently at or above the High Performing Norms (Hay Group) whilst delivering large transformational change programs.
Since Covid-19, Naomi has extended her existing interest in the future of work and the future of leadership, to leadership for a post Covid world. This includes the power of authenticity and shared values to optimise engagement, enablement, productivity and accountability, particularly when leading virtual or part virtual teams, and the underestimated importance of connection and joy.
